is Die Baader-Meinhoff Gruppe / Rote Armee Fraktion, a group founded by Andreas B. and Ulrike M., but with no actual leaders or central figures. The group also incorporates the efforts of many other artists from around the world, with the aim being free creation and interaction between its members, without hierarchy, particular political ideology, or other forms of leadership / authority-based constraints. Despite the name, they are based in Owen Sound, Ontario.
