NIHILIST SPASM BAND

Formed in 1965, the Nihilist Spasm Band is considered to be the world's first 'noise band'. Using mostly homemade instruments, they have played weekly to audiences in London, Ontario for the past 42 years. They have gained
notoriety in recent years, jamming with members of REM and opening for Sonic Youth in Toronto in 2005.
