KNURL

is the extreme noise project of Toronto-based multi-instrumentalist Alan Bloor. Bowing and striking his homemade steel instruments, Bloor delicately massages violent sounds from his array of effects pedals and steel. As KNURL, Bloor has played with (among others) Jim O'Rourke and Keiji Haino.
